Matter of fact, when in High Sierra’s recovery mode, I’m able to see/select it as a boot option but it does not boot from the SSD. The drive is visible in the OS but not at the boot options. Ive also tried, on the working external, I booted in recovery mode and reinstalled High Sierra on the SSD. *This seems like my issue but don’t know how to get around it.
